Our forward thinking tech client is currently seeking an all rounder EA/PA - Assistant for a 12m maternity cover. Based in the West End, the role will be providing support to two senior Directors along with meeting and greeting, a bit of a lynch pin role requiring a flexible approach. Along with diary and travel coordination, you will also assist with preparing and editing reports along with assisting with PowerPoint presentations - processing expenses, assisting with and attending events and more.
The ideal candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience as a PA/EA, gained from fast paced professional services, a strong communicator, able to work at speed with accuracy, a multi tasker - someone with a positive energy and a nothing too much trouble attitude.
There is potential for the contract to be extended too. Hybrid working but must be flexible due to business requirements.

SALARY: DoE, perhaps suited to someone looking for their 2nd role post college or uni.
