Salary: up to £178.50 per shift depending on location, skills and experience with company bonus, benefits and overtime opportunity. Plus £500 welcome bonus in first pay for all qualified Operatives!

General hours of work: 48 hours per week and is night shift working. In addition to your 48 hours, overtime is also available.

Responsibilities of a 12ab Traffic Management Operative:

The 12ab Traffic Management Operative sits at the heart of everything we do on our high speed roads. You will be responsible for:

• Installing, maintaining and removing temporary traffic management such as deploying:
• cones,
• signs,
• frames,
• sandbags,
• and other equipment on high speed roads.
• Helping and guiding new trainees

What Good Looks Like for a 12ab Traffic Management Operative:

• Qualified 12ab Lantra
• Knowledge of Chapter 8
• Full driving licence, with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have been expired for at least 5 years
• Able to pass a drug and alcohol test; your offer will depend on the outcome of this
• Positive 'can-do' attitude
• Adaptability and Flexibility
• Meticulous attention to detail
