Executive Assistant to support a dynamic and high performing global team. Supporting 1-2 experienced and busy bosses within their Financial Services arm.
You will be joining an international and reputable consultancy with a positive culture where they truly value their EAs. Offering hybrid working, and a grown-up mentality where you are able to take ownership of your role.
This Executive Assistant opportunity is based in beautiful new offices in central London, and you will be valued as an integral part of the team - an important role in supporting and managing the consultants to deliver their projects on time. You will be working for two senior level individuals with strong track records within the firm; they have a lot on their plates! This means you will be privy to confidential information, performance reviews, and any issues within the team, so discretion is key. They need an EA who can handle the volume and busy nature of the role. Their ethos as a company is that the client comes first, so a common sense approach is adopted internally, and they treat their staff as grown-ups.
They are looking for an individual with the right level of confidence, who is also a team player and who loves being an EA. They are not hierarchical at all and view each member of the team as important as each other. Someone who doesn’t need a lot of direction and gets it! Communication is key – so someone who is on top of that. Seeking an individual with a proactive nature, asks questions, and who wants to engage with the team.
The role will include tricky scheduling and can be extremely busy, with constant inbox management, so it is essential you are able to prioritise effectively, think on your feet, and work without instruction. Requests can be last minute, so flexibility is also essential. PowerPoint skills and preparing documents are a key part of this role as well as multi-tasking and working to deadlines.
A great team, company culture, and a long-standing team of EAs speaks for itself, with the opportunity to build long-term working relationships and take ownership of your role.
