About the Role:

In this position, you'll offer individualised support to a student with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Your role will involve creating a supportive atmosphere where the student can flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide tailored support to the student, focusing on their unique requirements.

4. Collaborate closely with the school's SENCO, teachers, and support staff to ensure the student's needs are comprehensively addressed.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience working with vulnerable children, preferably within an educational setting.
2. Possession of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is highly advantageous.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students and colleagues.
4. Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting students with ASD needs.
