Position: 1:1 Learning Support Assistant
Location: Chislehurst, BR7
Contract: Temp to Long-Term

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide 1:1 support to a student, ensuring they feel confident, included, and engaged.

• Work closely with the class teacher to tailor lessons and activities to the child s needs.

• Support the child s emotional and academic development, helping them thrive in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

• Foster positive relationships, encouraging the student s independence while offering guidance when needed.

• Relevant experience working with children, ideally in a 1:1 support role.

• A passion for inclusive education and helping every child reach their full potential.

• Patience, empathy, and creativity in approaching learning challenges.

• Ability to work well with both children and the wider team.
