Job Description : We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Excel and Zoho Expert to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and automating data using Excel and Zoho applications. You will assist with the automation of business processes, tracking projects, managing customer relationships, and generating detailed reports to help drive decision-making.
This is a flexible, remote position with both part-time and full-time options available.
Responsibilities :
- Create and manage advanced Excel spreadsheets to track roofing and siding projects, customer data, financial records, and performance metrics.
- Use advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VBA, macros, complex formulas, data visualization) to generate detailed reports and dashboards.
- Manage and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Creator for tracking customer leads, automating workflows, and reporting.
- Integrate Zoho with other business tools and systems to ensure smooth data flow and improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho and Excel tools.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on how to use Excel and Zoho applications effectively.
- Generate custom reports and data analyses to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Assist with improving the overall efficiency of business operations by automating tasks and integrating systems.
Requirements :
- Proven experience with advanced Excel (pivot tables, VBA, macros, complex formulas, and data analysis).
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Creator, or other Zoho applications.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Ability to automate workflows and processes using Zoho and Excel.
- Familiarity with business data integration and APIs.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in a remote work environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team and train non-technical staff on Excel and Zoho tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus, but not required.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Microsoft Office Specialist certification in Excel.
- Zoho Certified Consultant or similar Zoho certifications.
- Experience in project management or working with service-based businesses.
