We are looking for you, located in Trier, Bonn or 100% remote within Germany as a
Working Student (m / f / d) in Product Management
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented working student to join our transition U program. As a working student, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in the dynamic field of creating Healthcare Software Products (E-Health, Software as a Medical Device, etc.). This role is designed to provide you with valuable exposure to the transversality of R&D, managing the product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and continuous iterations.
Your responsibilities:
- Market Research: You will support in research to identify market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data and feedback to provide insights that will inform product decisions.
- Feature Development / Requirements Gathering: You will collaborate in cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed product requirements.
- Project Coordination: Assist in project management activities such as tracking tasks and communicating updates to the team. Identify and address potential roadblocks.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to product features, specifications, and processes. Keep records updated and easily accessible to the team.
- Analysis / Metrics: Utilize analytics tools to monitor product performance and user engagement metrics. Prepare reports and visualizations to aid in decision-making.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between different teams and stakeholders. Contribute to regular status updates, meetings, and presentations.
You are currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field such as Medicine or a related discipline (or have a medical background).
- Problem Solving: Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and come up with innovative solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Written and verbal communication in English to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. German language skill would be a plus.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
Strong interest in software products, technology trends, and a willingness to learn about software product management - Passion for Technology.
