Description:

As affiliated legal entities of Textron Aviation, Paris Cessna Citation Service Center belongs to the world leading company in manufacturing and maintaining Business Jets and Private Aircrafts. We are a network of Maintenance and Repair Organizations with approximately 400 employees across Europe, specialized to perform high quality maintenance, repairs and installations on the entire Cessna, Hawker and Beechcraft product family.

For our team in Paris, we are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Work Preparator/Scheduler to ensure the availability of all necessary data/information in order to service aircraft or supply components in coordination with all the pertinent departments involved in the maintenance.

Responsibilities:

1. Opening SO and work package preparation
2. Parts ordering when the revision is prepared
3. Verification of tooling availability
4. SO paperwork review & preparation
5. Repairs management & preparation
6. Liaise with planning and hangar to prepare and schedule the maintenance visit
7. Initiate PIRM (Preliminary Input Review Meeting) to analyze future major maintenance

Qualifications:

1. From a 2 years diploma, you have experience in a similar function
2. Ability to work in a small team
3. Planning and organizational skills
4. Dynamic personality
5. Solution-driven and structured way of working
6. Good skills in Microsoft Office package
7. Proven communication skills
8. S/O creation, SQK txt
9. English skills
