Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding transportation services, including bookings and schedules
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and develop solutions to ensure satisfaction
• Educate customers about services offered and guide them through the process
• Document interactions accurately to improve service quality and provide feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance service delivery and customer experience

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work in a team and independently while managing time effectively
• Willingness to relocate to Greece for this opportunity
• Interest in the transportation industry is a plus
