URGENT HIRING: Warehouse & Logistics Manager – Construction Project

We are a hospitality development company looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to manage procurement, storage, and distribution for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience handling logistics for high-end villa and hotel developments, ensuring materials are efficiently managed, deliveries are on time, and stock levels are optimized to support project timelines.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in logistics or warehouse management for construction projects, real estate development, or the hospitality industry.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Experience working with imported and high-end finishing materials (e.g., marble, wood, glass, custom fixtures).
• Ability to create, manage, and process Purchase Orders (POs).
• Experience in negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and logistics software.
• Good English skills (both spoken and written) to communicate effectively with suppliers, contractors, and international teams.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring materials are properly stored and managed.
• Create and process POs for construction materials, ensuring accurate procurement.
• Contact and coordinate with vendors to track orders, confirm deliveries, and resolve supply issues.
• Control and schedule material deliveries, ensuring materials arrive on time for each construction phase.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, maintain safety stock levels, and prevent material shortages.
• Plan and optimize warehouse layout for efficient storage and handling.
• Track and report logistics performance, delivery timing, costs, and supplier efficiency.
• Prepare reports on stock levels, deliveries, and project needs.
• Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and regulatory requirements.
