VM Performance Project Manager (H/F)

Within the Store Visual Merchandising Central Department, the VM Performance Project Manager works on retail and wholesale projects. He/She is responsible for boutiques and specialists display capacity and conducts sales analysis evaluating performances of Visual Merchandising.

The Project Manager reports to the VM Performance Group Manager and is in permanent interaction with local Retail & VM teams. He/She has a close collaboration with Central Marketing, Commercial & VM teams.

Network Display Capacity Definition

• Define display capacity guidances to efficiently size boutique areas by universe according to sales potential.

• Work in close collaboration with markets to optimise product visibility by category. Maximise sales potential by defining the right display capacity for each touchpoint (boutiques & specialists).

Space Monitoring

• Update and maintain our space monitoring database.

• Exploit and analyse space monitoring data.

Evaluate Sales Performances Linked to Visual Merchandising Display

• Study seasonal product animations performances (i.e., windows, seasonal hot-spots…)

• Follow business trends of in-range collections.

• Weekly update of sales performance reports for key product categories.

• Bespoke analysis on strategic launches.

Power BI Tool Update

• Weekly update of the Sales & Display Analysis tool (Power BI). Administration and update of the tool.

Develop Close Collaboration with the Markets

• Travel to remain close to the store needs and store specificities.

• Frequent store visits to be connected to the reality of the business and VM needs.

Profile

• Following a Master’s Degree from a Business School, you have at least 3 years of experience in analytical positions within an international environment.
• Structured and organized, you know the best way to make numbers meaningful.
• You like to work on different projects at the same time and, thanks to your communication skills, you can interact easily with all stakeholders.
• You have a good product/aesthetic sensibility and like to share the passion for VM.
• Power BI and Excel have no secrets for you and you speak English fluently.
