We maintain stand-alone retail stores throughout Australia, EU, UK, the USA, and a successful online business.

We also uphold a well-established wholesale business internationally with an enviable list of major stockists including Net-a-Porter and Saks Fifth Avenue, to name a few.

We are currently seeking a VISUAL MERCHANDISING COORDINATOR SOUTHERN EUROPE based in Milan, Italy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the VM Manager EU-UK on the creation and execution of VM directives for Southern Europe including Italy, Spain & Greece.
  2. Support the creation of VM training content and new initiatives for the EU-UK region.
  3. Understand local needs and adjust directives accordingly, in consultation with VM Manager EU-UK.
  4. Maintain a strong in-store presence and support Retail teams in visual merchandising.
  5. Execute an elevated level of visual merchandising consistently to meet Brand expectations.
  6. Inspire and assist all retail teams to achieve sales in line with set targets through effective visual merchandising strategies.
  7. Coordinate the management of store presentation including cleanliness, lighting, scent, sound, music, and flowers to create a luxurious client shopping experience.
  8. Train, manage and develop retail team's knowledge of Brand image & Expectations in collaboration with Global Visual Merchandising Team.
  9. Regularly communicate with VM Manager EU-UK, Retail, and Store managers to provide feedback and identify opportunities for further development of visual merchandising skills.

Qualifications

  1. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  2. Demonstrated organisational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to multitask.
  3. Results-driven, optimistic, and team-oriented approach.
  4. Strong work ethic; can work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
  5. Strong comprehension of the industry, specifically the Mediterranean market.
  6. Solutions-focused with a high sense of flexibility and adaptability.
  7. Proven management experience and confidence to join the Retail Leadership team.
  8. Sound understanding of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
