Role Overview:
As the Vice President of Sales (CXM-BPO) you will be at the forefront of our strategic expansion, driving revenue growth through innovative and custom-built business solutions in the CX management outsourcing space. This role demands a visionary leader with a passion for hunting new opportunities, building relationships & disruptive partnerships, and exceeding industry expectations. You will own the entire business development cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals, creating bespoke solutions across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Research & Prospecting: Identify and research new market opportunities globally, with a focus on high-growth industries such as streaming & social-media platforms, retail & eCommerce, technology & new economy, gaming & esports, digital entertainment, healthcare & tele-medicine, fintech, edtech, travel & hospitality, automotive & mobility.
- Hunt & Drive Growth: Proactively seek out and engage potential clients, focusing on large enterprise accounts, mid-market disruptors, and emerging tech brands, crafting tailored, next-gen outsourcing solutions to meet their unique business needs.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to design custom outsourcing solutions leveraging CXM, Data Analytics, and AI-powered automation technologies, ensuring these solutions are tailored to exceed client expectations and deliver real value.
- Negotiate & Close Deals: Own the end-to-end sales process, from the first conversation to negotiation and deal closure, consistently exceeding targets and driving substantial revenue growth for Conectys.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture strong relationships with industry leaders, decision-makers, and influencers to position Conectys as the go-to partner for next-generation outsourcing solutions.
- Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements to continuously evolve Conectys' offerings, ensuring the business is always at the forefront of innovation in the Europe market.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in senior sales or business development positions, with a track record of success in securing high-value deals across multiple non-traditional markets (Streaming & Social-Media, Retail & eCommerce, Gaming & Entertainment, Technology & SaaS, Healthcare & Tele-Health, Fintech, Education & EdTech, Travel & Hospitality, Automotive & Mobility).
- Deep understanding of the CX management outsourcing landscape and new-generation digital solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close complex deals and deliver bespoke solutions that defy industry norms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- A growth mindset and passion for hunting new opportunities and driving transformational change.
- Native or Near Native in English.
