Real Estate Vice President - Financial Advisory

Lazard provides advice on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and capital solutions, restructuring and liability management, geopolitics, and other strategic matters.

Our Real Estate team is looking for a Vice President to join them in Paris. You will contribute to the success of high-stakes real estate M&A transactions. Leverage your financial expertise to provide strategic insights and innovative solutions, working alongside a dynamic team in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

We’ll trust you to:

• Manage public/private deals
• Interact with client senior executives
• Provide guidance to and supervise Associates and Analysts
• Lead origination and business development efforts
• Support financial analyses and creation of models
• Prepare and create client presentations and marketing materials
• Play a key role in the day-to-day management of the overall team (across junior development, recruitment, etc.)

You’ll need to have:

• At least 6 years of Investment Banking experience and/or Corporate M&A from Tier 1 bank or a top boutique
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a team player approach with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture
• Top performance with comfort operating in a demanding environment which values initiative, creativity, maturity, and engagement
• Ability to support, manage, and empower junior bankers
• Strong client and presentation skills
• Strong quantitative background and analytical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in French and English
