Modern Niagara is seeking a Vice President of IT Operations to join and lead our IT team, and be based in either Ottawa or Toronto (Vaughan).
Reporting to the CIO, the Vice President of IT Operations is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and effectiveness of the company's IT infrastructure, support, and business-IT alignment. This leader will oversee and be responsible for existing Service Delivery & Field Support, Asset Management, Cybersecurity & Infrastructure, and Systems Administration while also building and leading a team of Business Analysts to bridge IT with business operations.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and transform IT operations in a high-impact, business-critical position. The VP of IT Operations will play a key role in shaping service delivery, security, and business-IT collaboration, ensuring technology is a driving force behind our company's success.
