Vice President - Investment Banking - Real Estate M&A

My client is a Tier 1 Independent Investment Bank based in Paris, looking for a VP 1-3 to join their leading Real Estate M&A team. The team is one of the top teams in France and works across Pan-European deals.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the senior team in their origination and execution efforts
• Financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence across deals
• Acting as a relevant point of contact for internal and external parties
• Managing the pool of Analysts and Associates in the team
• Conducting regular market research and analysis
• Contributing to building out the firm’s market presence through origination of deals and clients

Requirements:

• At least 6+ years of relevant work experience from an investment bank in their Real Estate M&A team
• Experience in financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence for relevant projects
• Concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate within a team and independently
