Join our dynamic commercial team in a role that combines technical expertise with business acumen. You'll BE at the forefront of customer relationship management while gaining invaluable industry experience. As part of our graduate programme, you'll receive comprehensive training in both technical and commercial aspects of our business. This dual-focus approach ensures you develop a well-rounded skill set that prepares you for a successful career either as a territory sales representative or commercial engineer.

Day-to-Day Duties:

1. Learn to provide commercial support for applications and projects
2. Develop understanding of service centre operations and field service delivery
3. Build and maintain customer relationships at all levels
4. Learn to assess and fulfil customer service requirements
5. Gain expertise in understanding customer business models
6. Develop skills in identifying value-added solutions
7. Participate in technical and commercial skill development
8. Collaborate with internal teams and mentors

Ideal Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline
2. Fluent in English (with French if based in France or German if based in Germany)
3. Proficiency in MS Office and Windows environment
4. Experience with CRM systems ideal but not essential
5. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership potential
7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
8. Willingness to travel within assigned territory
9. Commitment to residing within the assigned region
