A UX Team Leader/Product Owner is a key role in the Compressor Technique digital team, responsible for defining and delivering Web customer experiences that support the business goals and customer needs. You will build and manage the team including UX Designers, Developers, and Analysts. You will work closely with the Global marketing teams & country marketing teams to create and maintain the web strategy, vision, roadmap, backlog, and user stories for the Compressor Technique web portfolio.
Work location: Brno or Prague, or fully remote within Czech Republic
Possible hybrid working: Brno or Prague office or remote with 1x month to Brno to meet the local team.

Role and Responsibilities
- Lead, build and grow a top-performing Web customer experience team.
- Develop, communicate, and implement a data-driven Web strategy that meets business goals and objectives, aligned with the corporate web strategy.
- Define and communicate KPIs for measuring the success of our websites.
- Conduct research and analysis, using web data, trends, best practices, user feedback, and web competitor analysis, to validate assumptions and hypotheses, and to discover web opportunities and insights.
- Manage, prioritize, and implement the web development roadmap.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for optimization and make data-driven recommendations to Global & Country marketing teams.
- Act as an internal thought leader, delivering presentations and training sessions on Web User Experience best practices and industry trends to global stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in a data-driven marketing/UX or Product Designer role with a proven track record of delivering results, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong experience in web development & web improvement area for mid/big size company/ies (B2B environment is very welcomed).
- Strong understanding and experience with UX Design, customer-friendly design, and best practices.
- Customer-centric and user-focused, able to empathize and understand customer needs, problems, and goals.
- Experience in Service Design framework.
- Analytical and data-driven, able to use data, trends, best practices, user feedback, and competitor analysis to make informed and evidence-based decisions.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Experience in defining clear metrics, using them to drive decisions while balancing quantitative metrics with qualitative data.
- Capability to motivate and drive the team towards project completion, ensuring successful delivery of goals and objectives.
- Skill in fostering teamwork and positive interpersonal relationships.
- Proven experience in generating and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
