UX Designer

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is the 3rd largest social discovery company in the world, uniting 60+ brands with 500 million users. Our portfolio includes online communication platforms focusing on AI, game mechanics, and video streaming.

We are looking for a UX Designer for one of our investment products.

Your main tasks will be:

• Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement and evaluate business processes.
• Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders and create detailed technical documentation.
• Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives.
• Implementation Support: Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes.
• Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback and analytics.
• UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Visual Design: Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces.

We expect from you:

• 2+ years of experience as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products.
• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Fluent/native Russian and B2+ English.
• Proficiency in Figma; experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Portfolio highlighting product ideation, A/B testing, design strategy, and business analysis experience.
