As a User Acquisition Manager, you will play an important role in planning, executing, and optimizing mobile ad campaigns to acquire high-value users. You’ll work closely with a senior team of industry experts to analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive impactful strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years of performance marketing experience looking to take on more responsibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

YOUR MISSION

  1. Work with UA leads to develop and implement innovative user acquisition strategies that align with our mobile gaming goals.
  2. Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across key platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and video networks.
  3. Monitor key metrics like CPI, CTR, and ROAS to assess and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  4. Partner with the creative team to design and test engaging ad content and strategies.
  5. Assist in setting budgets, forecasting performance, and ensuring campaigns stay on track.
  6. Prepare detailed performance reports and share actionable insights to drive future growth.
  7. Help manage relationships with advertising platforms and media agencies to maximize results.
  8. Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting competitor analysis and identifying new growth opportunities.

YOUR BACKSTORY

  1. 2+ years of experience in user acquisition for mobile games or similar performance marketing roles.
  2. Strong familiarity with two or more major ad networks, such as SANs and video networks.
  3. Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
  4. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  5. Passion for mobile gaming and a solid understanding of the gaming industry.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  7. Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with a drive to learn and grow.

BONUS POINTS

  1. Strong experience with a variety of digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Video Networks, CPE networks, etc.).
  2. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or mobile tracking platforms.
  3. Experience working with IAP and IAA monetization models.
  4. Creative thinking and the ability to generate new ideas for ad creatives and marketing strategies.
  5. Basic SQL skills, such as pulling data and joining tables.
