Role Summary

The main mission of this position is to support the in-store team in creating an environment that fosters creativity, encourages team development, and reflects the Urban Outfitters philosophy. You will be an ambassador of the 'Peers Training Peers' philosophy.

What You'll Be Doing

Personality:

• Provide customers with a pleasant experience through conversational service.
• Be available and attentive to customers.
• Offer a customer experience that meets the brand's excellence criteria during 'mystery shopper' sales.
• Contribute to the overall atmosphere of the store by maintaining a positive, respectful, and helpful attitude towards others.
• Be a brand ambassador by respecting its values and serving as a role model within the team.

Teamwork & Communication:

• Work productively with others to achieve a common goal.
• Assist in training and developing team members.
• Communicate positively and effectively with all team members.
• Participate actively in daily meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Be efficient in your tasks (at the cash registers, during merchandise shipments, and in fitting rooms).
• Participate in new merchandise shipments, help the team receive/store products, and keep storage areas clean and organized.
• Participate in the timely and accurate execution of weekly tasks (markdowns, transfers, and RTV).
• Be aware of loss prevention policies and comply with all stock control measures.
• Follow the company's safety and health regulations.

Setup and Merchandising:

• Follow merchandising and cleanliness guidelines.
• Check merchandise labeling and stock levels in sales areas.
• Collaborate on merchandising and display projects to drive sales.
• Stay informed about current trends and products.

What You'll Need

• Experience in sales - not mandatory.
• Knowledge of the Urban Outfitters brand and its impact on the local market.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
