Purpose of the Job:
Be the RSO (Risk, Saving & Opportunity) process correspondent within the Turnkey Platform
Animate the Community of Turnkey Risk Managers from Tenders & Projects phases
Consolidate typical Turnkey Risks from Project phase and ensure they are appropriately taken into account during Tender preparation
Main Responsibilities:
Be the RSO process correspondent within the Turnkey Platform
Ensure that the RSO management instruction is known and appropriately implemented by Turnkey Risk Managers during both Tender & Project phases
Contribute to the RSO process reviews and continuous improvement
Identify specificities from the Turnkey business in Risk Management
Animate the Community of Turnkey Risk Managers from Tenders & Projects phases
Support Regions in recruiting external resources for Turnkey Risk Manager positions (validation of profiles from a Metier point of view)
Map the Community of Turnkey Risk Managers across the Regions and support Regions in staffing Risk Manager open positions
Train Risk Managers (Tender & Project phase) with appropriate practices
Organize quarterly webinars with Risk Managers from both Tender & Project phases (updates regarding the RSO process, share of Risk Management best practices, etc.)
Attend the Tender Risk Review meeting (TRR) to validate the main critical risks and risk provisions before the Tender Review Meeting.
Consolidate REX of Risks from Project phase
Collect Turnkey Risks from the field and consolidate typical Turnkey Risk Registers by Type of Contract (EPC, DBOM, etc.), by Transport Mode (People Mover, Tramway, Metro, etc.), and by Project Phase (Development, Procurement, Construction, T&C, etc.)
Share Turnkey Risk Registers (including Risk Identification, Assessment, Mitigation & Monitoring actions) across Projects of the same type/nature
On demand, support Turnkey Project launch in setting up Risk Management Plans and organizing Risk Sessions (internally and/or with Partners and/or with Client)
Lead, coordinate and consolidate the Risk Management-related activities for System, including Alstom Participating Units and other stakeholders
Animate brainstorming sessions and produce Risk register and specific Risk analysis to ensure that the Risk of the Project is thoroughly understood
Produce required tender deliverables such as Risk Management Plan
Collect REX from Project Phase to map Risks during Tender preparation at the appropriate level
Ensure Risk mitigation actions are accurately integrated into the Project schedule and budget
Recommend the appropriate level of Contingency (Net Residual Value) to be injected into the Tender Costing, compliant with a Winning Tender
