Context

Within our Gennevilliers agency, attached to the French Customer Service department, we are looking for a Traveling Maintenance Technician (M/F) to strengthen our team specializing in the installation and maintenance of our solutions in the Ile-de-France region. Your missions will include the installation and maintenance of vehicle entry and exit terminals, bank payment and ticket scanning systems, as well as the management of license plate recognition, the configuration of embedded software, network management and video, etc.

Under the supervision of our Regional Manager, you will be part of a team of 8 technicians. With us, the role of technicians is crucial: our goal is to support you in developing your expertise and autonomy in the field in order to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers while promoting your professional development.

Your Main Activities

1. Provide preventive maintenance visits and operational audits of parking terminals
2. Provide on-site corrective interventions (IT, electrical engineering, mechanics)
3. Provide remote interventions (Hotline / Remote maintenance)
4. Carry out modification/repair work on installations
5. Carry out maintenance operations in the workshop
6. Carry out commissioning of new installations
7. Carry out software installations and upgrades at our customers' premises
8. Provide training for our customers on the use of our tools
9. Perform administrative tasks related to your role: Service certificate, Reports, Management of activity tracking software, time management sheet, expense reports, etc.
10. Comply with safety rules (driving, electricity, etc.)
