Position Summary

As the Transfer Pricing Specialist, your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with tax laws and optimizing tax within business objectives, managing transfer pricing projects from feasibility analysis to implementation and post-reviews. Additionally, you will be providing support for tax audit, litigation, and APAs related to TP, and acting as a liaison with the TP COC for TP documentation.

A Day in the Life of the Transfer Pricing Specialist

  • Implements Nestlé's overall tax/transfer pricing strategy in the areas of Licensing, R&D, ESG, Services, Manufacturing, and Financing to optimize taxes consistent with business objectives.
  • Coordinates and manages projects related to the above intercompany transactions, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall corporate objectives.
  • Owns the data collection, updates, factual reviews, etc., necessary for the preparation of transfer pricing documentation reports.
  • Supports tax audits, APAs, and litigations related to the relevant intercompany transactions, ensuring timely data collection and consistency throughout markets.
  • Assists with compliance with transfer pricing policies.
  • Contributes to tax reporting and provision processes related to the above intercompany transactions.
  • Keeps informed about changes to tax laws, tax jurisprudence, and considers their impact on the business.
  • Ensures appropriate reporting on key tax issues.

What will make you successful

  • Relevant university diploma or equivalent.
  • Experienced in International Tax or Transfer Pricing in a multinational company or consulting firm.
  • Experience working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging documentation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • Proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus.
