Your Role’s Mission
As an IT Manager Intern, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving Pelico’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for employees. You will be responsible for IT support, system administration, and security compliance while assisting in DevOps-related tasks. Your work will contribute to Pelico’s success by delivering efficient IT solutions, improving security, and enhancing the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
You will provide IT support to employees, resolving technical issues efficiently while managing user accounts, access, and permissions across various platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Notion. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining Mac and PC devices, ensuring that IT assets are properly inventoried and tracked.
Your role will also involve supporting the maintenance and improvement of IT infrastructure and security by administering servers, storage, and firewalls, updating and securing IT systems, maintaining clear documentation, and improving backup and recovery processes.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to IT automation initiatives by assisting in the management of Docker containers, optimizing IT management processes, and monitoring Linux servers and SaaS services to ensure reliability.
Beyond technical responsibilities, you will help onboard new hires by preparing IT equipment and explaining system access, participate in IT process improvement projects, and provide training sessions on best IT practices.
Location: You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement.
