Head of Talent Performance & Development (H / F)
The Human Resources Department of ODDO BHF is based in France, Germany, Switzerland, and Tunisia and is composed of 50 employees. You will integrate the People Strategy & Projects Team.
As Group Head of Talent Performance & Development, you will be responsible for implementing group-wide policies and schemes to identify, develop, and retain our talents. In this regard, you will design, execute, and animate talent development strategies and programs, oversee employee performance processes, roll out training programs, and align with the company's overall business goals. Depending on your experience, you may manage (locally and functionally) a team of 3 employees (one based in Paris, two in Frankfurt) in charge of Learning and Development. In addition, you will closely collaborate with the whole HR team in all our locations and be in contact with management and external providers.
The Group Head of Talent Performance & Development is also in charge of installing and sharing a group-wide vision on talent development and performance processes across countries and businesses.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Development & Performance
- Design, implement, and execute different programs such as a group development program for top talents.
- Design, implement, improve, and evaluate employee development initiatives such as training programs, development tools (including 360°, mentoring), and career development paths.
- Assure people review processes and coherence with succession planning.
- Implement a process for the identification of talent and skills gaps.
Learning and Development
- Guide, animate, and lead training initiatives and programs together with your team on group and local levels.
- Ensure coherent training programs and initiatives in line with business goals and needs.
- Oversee the budget for talent development programs and training.
Projects
- Continuous improvement of existing tools.
- Contribute to designing our future HRIS modules on talent development, training, and appraisal processes.
YOUR PROFILE
- You are passionate about people development and enjoy working on projects.
- You have the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- You are comfortable working with different IT tools, KPIs, and managing budgets.
- You can switch quickly between strategic and operational projects.
- You are hands-on, results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.
- You are fluent in French and English; German is highly appreciated.
- You have ideally worked in talent development or consulting.
