Your Role & Responsibilities

As our Territory Sales Responsible, you will be the driving force behind our sales growth in Romania and Moldova. Your mission is to build relationships, grow our market share, and ensure customer satisfaction by:

  1. Driving Sales Success – Managing direct and indirect sales of power generators, light towers, and energy storage solutions.
  2. Expanding Market Presence – Identifying new opportunities to increase our footprint and sales performance.
  3. Building Strong Customer Relationships – Establishing trust with customers and dealers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Executing Effective Marketing Strategies – Planning and implementing campaigns to maximize brand impact.
  5. Collaborating with Teams – Working closely with regional sales, service, customer support, and marketing teams.
  6. Providing Insights & Reporting – Keeping track of sales performance and sharing valuable market insights.

What You Bring to the Team

Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in the electric power sector.
Education: Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, or Sales & Marketing preferred).
Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and technical skills. Proficiency in Romanian & English (B2+ level).
Mindset: Self-motivated, energetic, a team player, and customer-focused.
Availability: Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
