A local college is seeking a highly motivated and organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide support to the President's office for a period of 8-10 weeks. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and organizational skills, with a strong proficiency in event management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  2. Assist with the planning and execution of college events, including conferences, workshops, and special events.
  3. Manage event logistics, such as venue booking, catering, and equipment rentals.
  4. Develop and maintain event budgets.
  5. Assist with the registration and check-in of event attendees.
  6. Provide on-site support at events as needed.
  7. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. Minimum [Number] years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role.
  3. Proven experience in event planning and management.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
