Responsibilities:
You work independently, goal-oriented in a transversality with the other departments (Sales, Product Marketing, Administration, Quality). Strong involvement with French and Francophone customers, especially in coordination with the Sales Director France based in Paris.
You are responsible for the execution of training sessions and installations with end customers, particularly French-speaking ones.
You install and train on our planning software remotely or on site at the end customer.
You process technical customer requests and maintain customer contacts in our CRM system.
You help customers remotely with their software usage issues.
You carry out on-site or remote training on the entire range of our mediCAD products with support from the Product Managers.
You connect our software to the institution's picture archive systems (PACS) and document customer-specific data in our CRM and FAQ system.
You actively communicate with our customers to ensure optimal customer service by periodically monitoring the level of satisfaction of existing customers.
You help create the information support for our worldwide customer service and better meet the needs of our customers and communicate with the Quality and Development departments.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in computer systems management or hold a degree in computer science.
Analytical, constructive, and pro-active approach, assertiveness in its presentation and strong communication skills are necessary.
Advanced knowledge in computer systems management (Windows Server).
Advanced knowledge in DB (SQL Server environment).
Basic knowledge in IP network technology.
Very good day-to-day management of MS Office applications and CRM Dynamics.
Customer oriented (sense of service and customer relationship).
Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
Must be autonomous and thorough since full time Home Office. Auto training is part of the job.
English speaking is mandatory; German speaking would be an advantage.
Aptitude for the medical environment would be an advantage.
