WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Lead Technical Designer will be responsible from designing the initial concept through to commercialization and production for assigned styles, leading to on-time development and delivery according to critical dates, product specifications, and other goals.
You will create and revise Tech Packs for complex assigned styles and ensure all appropriate development documentation is maintained, including product specs and prototype notes. In addition, you may assist in researching and communicating with potential manufacturing vendors.
You will track and facilitate prototyping for styles; identify and address key issues and challenges in construction/manufacturing and plan accordingly to deliver proven and tested product. You will monitor and communicate progress and challenges throughout the product testing process to meet product integrity requirements.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
We're looking for an ambitious person with a strong work ethic looking to learn and tackle some ambitious projects. You will lead trend, concept, sketch, and present designs within collections from initial concept to completion. You’ll execute all product details, including construction, form, style, fit, performance, materials, etc. In this role, you will work closely with professional athletes, our founder and the team to deliver head-to-toe looks focused on sports innovation, with a strong eye for style and trends.
This also includes resolving product issues in development, commercialization, and post-production with manufacturers.
