Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the Manual Process of Mandatory Interviews:
  2. Document and follow up on Professional Interviews.
  3. Organize and follow up on the mandatory 'Forfait Jours' interview twice a year.
  4. Implement and manage Remote Work interviews starting Q1FY26.
  5. LoA Analysis and Follow-Up:
  6. Analyze Leave of Absence (LoA) data and ensure timely follow-up actions.

HR Reports:

  1. Prepare and maintain HR reports.
  2. PTO / Sick Leave Manual Process:
  3. Support the teams involved regarding the process of PTO acquired during sick leave.
  4. Follow-Up of Foresight Payments & Subrogation:
  5. Monitor and ensure the accuracy of foresight payments.
  6. Handle subrogation processes and follow up as necessary.
  7. Support on building Skills Development Plan and creating dashboard.
  8. Support on following completion of the BDESE for 2024.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  2. Strong understanding of French labor laws and regulations.
  3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  4. Proficiency in Smartsheet, HR software Workday, and Google Suite.
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
