Position Overview :
This is a vacancy for a hybrid or on-site role at our office in Paris. We encourage applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender identity.
To support our growth and strengthen our partner-centric strategy in France, we seek to expand our team with a highly motivated, French-speaking Partner Sales Manager (m / f / x).
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying, onboarding, and cultivating strategic partners to help accelerate Lobster's footprint in France. Working closely with the Partner Sales team and the Regional Partner Lead, you will ensure growing strategic in nature relationships with a set of key partners. You’ll get to take ownership of :
- Strategic Partner Development: Identify, engage, and sign up new strategic partners, ensuring a robust and diverse partner network.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, productive relationships with partners, fostering long-term collaboration.
- Onboarding and Enablement: Onboard new partners, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to represent Lobster effectively.
- Collaborative Sales Efforts: Work alongside the Partner Sales team and partners to drive joint sales initiatives.
- Market Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the French IT Landscape to identify trends and opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams, ensuring alignment on goals, messaging, and partner support strategies.
- Travel: Be prepared to travel within the country to meet with partners and attend industry events as needed.
We’d love to meet someone with :
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience driving partner sales in France.
- Strong background in B2B sales methodologies and a knack for identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
- Accurate forecasting & verifiable history for the timely fulfilment of set goals and experience working with CRMs like HubSpot.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with partners and internal teams.
- Proficiency in French and fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
Preferred Qualification :
- Experience selling software development tools, integration software, or application lifecycle management solutions.
