In our NIKE stores, we use special titles for our positions: for example, "Head Coach" for a store manager, "Assistant Head Coach" for an assistant store manager. Similarly, "Coach" is the term used for a service manager, "Lead" for a team leader and "Athlete" designates sales associates.

As a Lead, your mission will be to:

  • Leverage your expertise in quality service to provide consumers with a premium brand experience.
  • Coordinate, mentor, and motivate your team members and ensure a pleasant working atmosphere.
  • Support the management of daily activities in your area to achieve sales goals (including digital services, visual merchandising, sales floor).
  • Identify and resolve issues in collaboration with your store management.
  • Be a brand ambassador for NIKE initiatives.
  • Ensure that the store adheres to all NIKE standards and guidelines.

More specifically, our store structure consists of the following 3 Lead roles:

Commercial

  • Support a team capable of ensuring effective product reception, stock accuracy, and compliance with visual presentation standards.
  • Ensure the smooth running of all inventories to guarantee a well-stocked, presentable sales floor that meets brand standards.
  • Collaborate with service managers who will oversee different phases (product reception and visual presentation) while you will be responsible for executing visual merchandising.
  • Handle the launch of monthly initiatives on time and provide regular feedback.
  • Use our reporting tools and collaborate with service managers to make the best business decisions.
  • Lead by example to achieve accurate inventory and fulfill online orders.

Experience Athletes

  • Ensure the team is well-equipped to provide the highest quality experience to Athletes.
  • Collaborate with the service manager to plan the team's involvement in NIKE Community Ambassador activities.
  • Participate with store management in the hiring process, including onboarding new team members.
  • Work with the service manager to set schedules, including availability, deployment, and postings.
  • Collaborate with the store team to foster a positive NIKE culture.

Consumer Experience

  • Lead by example and ensure the delivery of our sales service while bringing the consumer journey to life.
  • Provide the necessary resources for the team to gain a good understanding of the brand regarding all aspects of consumer service, including digital service tools.
  • Participate in specific training and share knowledge with the Athlete services.
  • Utilize data and analytics to derive insights and establish partnerships for continuous improvement with store management.

Required Skills:

  • Passion for NIKE and/or sports.
  • More than 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Ability to communicate professionally.
  • Focus on team and consumers.
  • Organizational and task prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, open-minded, and motivated attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
