At GOURMEY, you will report directly to Delphine Chantôme, interim Head of People.

What will you be responsible for?

Recruitment :

• Participate in the recruitment process, from reviewing and publishing job offers to selecting candidates.
• Conduct phone or visio interviews.
• Manage relationships with candidates and ensure high-quality follow-up.

People Operations :

• Assist in the administrative management of employee files on the French entity (contracts, amendments, etc.).
• Prepare HR-related documentation (notion, policy..).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.

HR Projects :

• Participate in various transversal HR projects (employee data, employer branding, engagement, etc.).
• Conduct HR analysis and reporting.

What about you?

• Student in a Master's program in HR, business school, or university, with a specialization in human resources management or a related field.
• A first internship within HR team with French regulation scope would be appreciated.
• Fluent in both French and English, both written and spoken, as we are a very international team.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office) and ideally in HR tools (ATS, HRIS).

We propose a 5 to 6 months internship, an agreement with school is a requirement.
