YOUR ROLE

The Head of Talent Management for Europe will drive strategic talent initiatives in a rapidly growing strategic region for CEVA Logistics.

This role will focus on deploying global talent initiatives and building the talent roadmap for the region, in line with business priorities, fostering leadership development while ensuring a robust pipeline of skilled professionals to support the company's growth and operational excellence.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  1. Management of Talent network in Europe:
    • Animate the European Talent Management community to ensure consistency in talent practices while addressing local needs and allow best practices sharing.
  2. Collaboration with Global Teams:
    • Work closely with global HR Talent Management team to ensure consistency in talent practices while addressing regional needs.
    • Share best practices across the organization.
  3. Talent Acquisition and Retention:
    • Oversee regional recruitment strategy to attract diverse and skilled talent and feed regional talent pool.
    • Ensure implementation of efficient and effective recruitment processes (including TA org design with the countries, ensure tool adherence, implement KPI’s/dashboard and monitor).
    • Enhance employer branding: reinforce company reputation through targeted branding initiatives with the support of the Communication department.
    • Improve and harmonize candidate experience.
  4. Talent Development:
    • Define and implement talent management priorities for the region aligned with business objectives and global talent management roadmap.
    • Deliver people review and succession planning campaigns across the region in order to spot and plan for talent development.
    • Build, regularly feed and ensure follow-up of talent pools for key roles in Europe.
    • Drive career development initiatives to build on career pathing.
    • Deliver leadership development solutions (including leadership programs, coaching, mentoring, job rotations, 360 feedback...) to grow a pipeline of advanced and diverse leaders, leveraging Group and global development initiatives.
    • Ensure quality and impact monitoring to continuously improve the Talent approach and offering.
  5. Learning & Development:
    • Promote a strong learning culture within the region.
    • Ensure consistent deployment of global learning solutions within the region.
    • Partner with local L&D teams to leverage best practices across the region.
  6. Performance Management:
    • Coordinate Performance Management campaign to assess employee performance and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Provide development support for managers to drive qualitative and regular conversations, deliver effective feedback and ultimately promote a culture of development, enhancing team motivation.
  7. Culture & Engagement:
    • Ensure alignment of company culture with talent management practices.
    • Deliver on the diversity agenda for the region, ensuring we reach our targets and foster an inclusive workplace.
    • Drive Engagement initiatives: from surveys to action planning and regular monitoring of initiatives’ impact.
