Location: Remote, open to different cities across the country depending on the territory to cover.

The Field Clinical Specialist in electrophysiology will provide expert clinical and technical support as well as training to physicians, laboratory staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of our product range during case procedures in an assigned geography, in order to achieve and exceed business objectives.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Provide clinical support to assigned accounts and serve as the primary resource for clinical support in troubleshooting, basic troubleshooting, and system/software development.
• Provide training to customers and Boston Scientific employees on the benefits and use of our products by conducting presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of tools. Provide information on product and technology developments.
• Establish relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, material management, hospital administration, and infection control. Develop and enhance customer relationships through demonstrations of the Farapulse system, educational programs, internal product training, observation of procedures, and problem-solving.
• Provide initial and ongoing training, as needed, to the development team and sales representatives (if applicable) on products, development processes, product features, and procedures involving these products and features.
• Meet with existing and potential customers (e.g., physicians, medical group practices in hospitals) by traveling to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care, and to discuss and demonstrate how the company's products can help them achieve their goals.
• Develop relationships with hospital staff (e.g., through informal conversations, meetings, participation in conferences) to establish new contacts in other hospital departments and identify key decision-makers to facilitate future sales.
• Address customer needs and complaints regarding products and services by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other concerned parties (e.g., sales, clinical research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.

What We Are Looking For In You

• We are open to welcoming recent Biomedical graduates or professionals with experience in a similar role, preferably in the field of electrophysiology.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher). Additional skills in other languages are appreciated.
• Ability to quickly adapt to a very dynamic market.
• Strong team spirit, collaborative, ability to build relationships and work internally.
• Strong influencing capabilities.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Ability to travel extensively as required by workload.
