Within the Group, you will join the Groupe HR department.

Within this Department, you will be part of the team Talent, which is a small team of 10 people, with a mission to attract and develop talents across the Group who Care and Dare for Progress at every level of the organization. The Group Talent & Learning Team strive to Unlock the Future by making AXA people a core long-term strategic advantage. Concretely this means the team is focused on:

Your job and daily missions:

Primary mission:

In this role, the Talent and Data Analytics Project Manager helps to drive the global employee performance management strategy for the Group and supports the Organization and Talent Review (AXA’s global Top 250 succession planning process).

The person designs processes that facilitate discussion and decisions for Talent Management and is responsible for all the data reporting and project management of the top 250 and top 2000 community.

Additionally, this person will be involved in several strategic and transversal talent projects.

Core activities include:

  • Acting as the key pillar of the Group OTR process by leading the project management to ensure all the deliverables and calendar are on track and managing all the data processes and materials.
  • Providing key deliverables on executives and talent moves such as for remuneration committee, AXA’s annual report, corporate responsibility survey companies, management committee or the Board.
  • Top 2000: Build insights to enable impactful management of the Executive population, building a collective talent view of this population to support performance, engagement, retention and to support develop and manage the broader AXA ‘pipeline’ for professional families.
  • Focus on supporting the drive to build data and analytical insights for the GLN and Top 2000.
  • Co-designing the performance and talent ecosystem: A strategic partner supporting the selection and implementation of new frameworks and tools, leading the global change management efforts around these topics so that entities can best prepare the change with their key stakeholders. Help keep current ecosystem operational.
  • Participating in cross-functional projects or/and organization-wide transversal HR initiatives.
  • Talent and Development Market Watch: Stay up to date on trends and actively benchmark and evaluate best practices and help to drive change and constant improvement.

Skills & Strengths:

  • Between 5-7 years of work experience either in a Human Resource related discipline or project/process management (any discipline).
  • Strong skills on Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analytics tools.
  • Autonomy and full capacity to work independently coupled with strong project management skills.
  • Very high attention to detail, focused, structured, and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to switch between multiple tasks and meet deadlines, extremely comfortable dealing with high complexity and ambiguity.
  • Experience with or interest in learning about IT tools.
  • Able to work on highly confidential information and to adapt the process to sensitive situations.
  • Results and efficiency oriented.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is required; French is a strong plus.
  • Able to build relationships and collaborate in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Work hard while having fun in a fast-paced environment, able to deliver under pressure and sometimes manage high volumes of workload.
