The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Within the Group, you will join the Groupe HR department. Within this Department, you will be part of the team Talent, which is a small team of 10 people, with a mission to attract and develop talents across the Group who Care and Dare for Progress at every level of the organization. Primary mission:
In this role, the Talent and Data Analytics Project Manager helps to drive the global employee performance management strategy for the Group and supports the Organization and Talent Review (AXA’s global Top 250 succession planning process). The person designs processes that facilitate discussion and decisions for Talent Management and is responsible for all the data reporting and project management of the top 250 and top 2000 community. Additionally, this person will be involved in several strategic and transversal talent projects.
