We're looking for a results-driven Cold Outreach Specialist to generate and nurture high-quality B2B leads through multi-channel prospecting. You'll work closely with stakeholders across different markets to ensure a consistent flow of qualified opportunities.
Required Experience & Background Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation Strong background in technology or SaaS industry outreach Experience managing end-to-end cold outreach campaigns Demonstrated success in multi-channel B2B lead generation Understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise decision-making processes Experience with multi-stakeholder outreach and relationship building Key Responsibilities Design and execute targeted cold outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn Manage and optimize lead databases using Cognism and other prospecting tools Create compelling outreach content and sequences that drive engagement Coordinate with 10+ market stakeholders to understand and meet their lead requirements Maintain high-quality standards for prospect data and communication Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations Manage and prioritize multiple campaigns across different market segments Technical Requirements Reporting & Analytics: Advanced experience in campaign performance reporting and analysis Proficiency in attribution modeling across multiple channels Experience with UTM parameters and tracking setup Ability to create and maintain reporting dashboards Experience managing multiple outreach channels simultaneously Understanding of channel attribution models Expertise in A/B testing across different channels Knowledge of channel-specific metrics and KPIs Lead Attribution: Experience with lead source attribution Understanding of first-touch and multi-touch attribution models Ability to track and report on lead quality by channel Experience with lead scoring systems Tools & Technologies Lemlist for email campaigns Cognism for lead database CRM system (Pipedrive) Marketing attribution tools Advanced Excel / Google Sheets for reporting Data visualization tools UTM builders and tracking systems Success Metrics Number of qualified leads generated monthly Lead quality measured by: Conversion rate to sales calls Opportunity creation rate Deal closure rate Stakeholder satisfaction with lead quality and volume LinkedIn outreach effectiveness 100% remote position
