Talent Acquisition Specialist, International

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

What you will contribute to

Our Global Talent Acquisition team partners closely with the business to help L-Acoustics Group grow by recruiting top talent ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

Our 4-person team, led by our Global Director of Talent Acquisition, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will deploy a talent acquisition strategy, and in particular:

1. Participate in the recruitment of 180+ positions worldwide (3 Business Units EMEA, AMERICAS & APAC – 3 R&D centers in France, UK & Germany – 4 manufacturing plants in France & Germany) by using a multi-sourcing approach to find active and passive candidates.
2. Conduct interviews.
3. Support Talent Acquisition projects linked to employer branding and new ways of reporting.
4. Act as a strong business partner for hiring managers by participating in kick-off meetings and giving regular updates.
5. Ensure Workday data integrity and consistency and work closely with the HR team.

What you will need to be successful

1. Master's degree in Human Resources or business.
2. Dynamic, energetic, and with excellent communication skills.
3. Organized, rigorous, and ready to learn in a demanding yet caring environment.
4. Previous experience in recruitment or HR.
5. Fluent French and English speaker and ready to integrate into an international environment.
