Senior Recruitment Consultant | HVAC-R | Ex-Professional Rugby Player

Location : Europe

Position Overview

International Talent Partnership is looking to engage with Senior Sales Leaders in the commercial refrigeration industry. This executive leadership role will be responsible for driving the expansion of the company's customer base within the retail industry, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and maximizing revenue growth in the European market.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Sales Strategy & Leadership
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on acquiring new retail customers across Europe.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a regional sales team, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
    • Identify market opportunities and emerging trends within the retail sector, positioning the company as a market leader.
  2. Business Development & Account Management
    • Proactively target new retail clients, including supermarkets, convenience stores, and large-scale retail chains.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within retail businesses.
    • Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
  3. Market Expansion
    • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities in existing and untapped markets across Europe.
    • Lead market entry strategies and partner with local teams to execute them successfully.
  4. Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure that sales strategies align with company offerings.
    • Coordinate with regional managers and teams to execute sales campaigns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Monitor sales performance against targets, reporting regularly on progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
    • Provide detailed forecasts, market feedback, and insights to the executive team.

Desired Qualifications :

  1. Proven experience (8+ years) in sales leadership, with a focus on the retail sector and commercial refrigeration or related industries.
  2. Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies for international markets, especially in Europe.
  3. Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration products and how they apply to retail environments.
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to travel extensively across Europe as needed.
  6. Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
