Sustainable Manufacturing & Supply Chain Consultant - Solution Architect

To support the deployment of our Sustainability Manufacturing portfolio in France, we are looking for a Lead Manufacturing Consultant.

This position is to reinforce the Manufacturing practice team by bringing his expertise & experience to our customers and prospects. Our offering is part of a complete portfolio to connect the virtual & real world with digital twin & AI technology to drive digital innovation.

Our consultant will support :

• Our digital factory solution which aims to bring digital benefits to every factory for improving both productivity & sustainability,
• Our resilient supply chain solutions which include engineering chains for uncertain scenarios, enhanced predictive simulation and able to quickly replan.

The job will include a minimum of 3 components :

• Participating in the development and enhancement of the offering to match client’s requirement on their own market.
• Adapt solutions to the market in France & Switzerland by working closely to our global portfolio.
• Participate to sales & marketing events to promote our offering.
• Be active in the business development activities.
• Be the person to go to on this portfolio in front of clients.
• Be active with our customers by defining an industry 4.0 roadmap / Digital journey with them.
• Able to draft solution, costing & pricing to build the proposal.
• Able to drive delivery team located in multi-country in Europe for our client and be the business voice on given project.

Experience & Technical competences :

• Provides technical leadership of the Manufacturing & Supply Chain domain by establishing technology strategies, policies and roadmaps that enable a portfolio to support current and future business capabilities. Collects, generates, and analyzes innovative ideas and technologies to use across the business. Facilitates the reuse of code, components, and proven patterns.
• Understands and communicates strategic themes and other business drivers for architecture to System and Solution Architects and non-technical stakeholders.
• Consulting in Manufacturing & Supply Chain with a proven expertise on digital solution.
• Good knowledge on manufacturing ecosystems.
• Business degree or engineering degree, with equivalent relevant experience of minimum 10 years. Good understanding of IT market and innovation.
• Ability to work and effectively prioritize in a highly dynamic work environment and write accurate, clear and concise documents.
• Good level of written and spoken English.

• Have strong presentation and negotiation skills.
