About the Team
The aim of the Supported Living Service is to provide support for adults with learning disabilities and or autism who wish to live independently in the Bath and Northeast Somerset area.
Your main place of work will be in the community, working in service users homes. The Supported Living Service does have offices based at Carrswood Day Services in Twerton Bath and Connections Day Services in Writhlington, Radstock.
We are looking for two support workers to be based in one of our Connections Location on a full-time basis on a permanent contract. This role is for 37 hours per week (two posts available) and involves a rota system which includes working every other weekend with some bank holidays for which enhancements are paid.

About You
Previous experience of working in care would be an advantage, but a commitment to deliver quality care is essential and full training will be provided. This opportunity is ideal for an individual aiming to develop their career and gain hands on experience in a thriving and friendly workplace.
