We are looking for a Support Technician (Student in part time).

Within a team of 3 people, you will contribute to delivering support to users (2300 associates) throughout France.

Your main tasks will be:

1. Support for the opening of incidents and assistance requests from users, and the qualification of the latter.
2. Solving level 1 & 2 problems.
3. Remote control of workstations.
4. Application access management and user profile creation.
5. Participation in the deployment of equipment.
6. Scripting.

You should have a sense of customer service, good interpersonal skills, reactivity, and the ability to work independently.

A good knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments is required. The practice of English would be very appreciated (international context).

The knowledge or practice of development software will be a plus in the context of a project to automate certain tasks.
