Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Leader to join a leading global CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) based in Pays de Loire. This role will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the complete supply chain process, including Purchasing, Procurement, Planning, Customer Service, and Warehouse management. The company ships finished products across the US, EMEA, and Africa, and the ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient operations across these regions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of finished products.
• Lead procurement and purchasing strategies to meet operational needs.
• Oversee production planning, customer service, and warehouse management.
• Coordinate logistics and shipping operations across the US, EMEA, and Africa.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain optimization and improve service levels.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in supply chain management within a global highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in managing shipping and logistics for global markets, especially across the US, EMEA, and Africa.
