INDEFI is a fast-growing strategy consulting firm that serves financial investors (private equity specialists, generalist asset managers, wealth managers, etc.). Established in 2007, we are a team of 80+ consultants headquartered in Paris, Lyon and Madrid!

We operate through three business units:

• Sustainability: We help our clients define and deliver their Responsible Investment strategy and operating model.
• Private Equity: We help private equity firms make better investment decisions at every stage of the deal life cycle.
• Corporate strategy: conducting strategic development projects for global asset managers.

As part of our local and international development, we are looking for postgraduate students or recent graduates from top-tier business and engineering schools/universities to join us as Strategy Consultant Intern for our Lyon office for a duration of 6 months from July 25.

Mission:

Driven by a senior consultant or a manager, you’ll take part in several international projects that cover a wide range of challenging topics: market and competitive analysis, strategic reviews, business planning, strategic and sustainability due diligence, business development strategies, etc.

Your main responsibilities as Strategy Consultant will be:

• Data collection and analysis;
• Field research and interviews with market experts;
• Support in the delivery of strategic recommendations at senior executive level;
• Attend meetings with clients and partners.
• With seniority, you’ll be invited to participate in intern projects depending on your aspirations.

Your Profile:

We are looking to strengthen our team with highly talented individuals showing a combination of exceptional intellectual ability, analytical skills, and business sense. The preferred candidates should be motivated to take responsibility quickly and demonstrate an ownership mentality:

• Graduated from a top business or engineering school;
• Work experience at strategy consulting firms, strategy division, or M&A department of international groups;
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and good knowledge of Excel;
• Good knowledge of Private Equity topics;
• Full fluency in French and English is mandatory;
• Start date: July 25.
