Team

Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing, and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.

Joining our Live games team means collaborating with gaming industry experts on globally renowned, enduring games while embracing exciting new entrepreneurial ventures. With over seven billion downloads worldwide and a portfolio of more than 10 resilient hybrid games generating more than $20m per year, we are the world's largest and most successful hybrid publisher.

Full remote is accepted within a 2-3 hours time difference with France (CET).

Role

  • Conduct monetization benchmarks to support the Live Games Lead in optimizing revenue strategies.
  • Analyze financial performance, including studio costs and profitability, to drive business efficiency.
  • Gather and synthesize product feedback to improve game quality and engagement.
  • Monitor and refine game development processes, ensuring continuous improvement through monthly roadmap reviews.
  • Assess studio operations, tracking key performance indicators to identify best practices and areas for optimization.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts, helping to attract and recruit top industry talent.
  • Work cross-functionally across finance, product, and talent teams to enhance overall business performance.
  • Manage multiple strategic initiatives, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability across different business topics.

Profile

  • Experience in Tier 1 consulting or a fast-growing tech/scale-up environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and financial analysis skills (P&L, fundraising, business planning).
  • A versatile and entrepreneurial mindset, able to quickly adapt.
  • Passion for gaming and technology, with an ability to drive cross-functional projects.
  • A low-ego, problem-solving approach, with strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Clear communication.
  • Regular interactions with VP and C-Levels.
  • Fluency in English (French is a plus).
  • Bonus: Experience in gaming, product management, or finance.
