Seeking a full-time Strategic Partnering professional to join our dynamic global team that supports Ozgene’s customers in Europe!

Are you passionate about optimizing operational excellence in daily business operations, while developing strategic partnerships and engaging with customers? Ozgene LLC, a leading biotechnology company specializing in gene targeting and mouse model creation, is actively seeking a talented and experienced candidate to fill the role of Director of Strategic Partnering and Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in pharma and biotech companies within the Golden Triangle and Continental European market.
• Present and promote our custom transgenic model services to potential clients.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve growth targets in the Golden Triangle and Continental European market.
• Meet with customers to jointly develop solutions to their problems.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to represent our company and generate leads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Provide market insights and feedback to help refine our offerings and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Proven track record in strategic partnering and expanding client base.
• Strong understanding of the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of the drug discovery process and the role of transgenic models in research.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a global team.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
