What do we do?

Thanks to the growing success of VDMXL in France, we are looking for French-speaking Strategic Maintenance & Asset Management Consultants. In this role, you will coach asset-intensive companies with services such as:

1. Benchmarking and strategy development
2. Organization and process optimization
3. Selection, implementation, and optimization of EAM systems
4. Interim Management & Reliability Engineering
5. Predictive Maintenance 4.0
6. KPI-based steering
7. Educating and training
8. ISO 55001 certification

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a professional with experience in and a vision for Maintenance & Asset Management Consultancy. You should have a relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s+ Degree in Engineering. You possess above-average analytical abilities and strongly developed communication skills (both in French and English). You are passionate about Maintenance and are able to convince others of your vision, demonstrating authority in the field of Maintenance and Asset Management.
