Today, we reaffirm our values by continuing our growth through the newly created CMA CGM AIR CARGO division.

This new activity enables us to offer a comprehensive range of services, thus reinforcing our strategic position with our global customers.

Already equipped with a fleet of 4 long-haul aircraft (1 A330F and 3 B777F), CMA CGM AIR CARGO aims to continue its growth. 8 Airbus A350Fs will complete the fleet in 2026 and 2027, with CMA CGM AIR CARGO being the launch airline for this new aircraft.

The Station Manager's mission is to ensure the connection and coordination with all airport services, authorities, and contracted suppliers, whether at the commercial, operational, and/or regulatory level.

Flight safety must be the priority of the Station Manager. To achieve this, he/she must be able to interact proactively with the various technical departments, such as RAMP, Cargo, and Maintenance.

He/she is responsible for services related to flight operations, refueling, crew management, and cargo boarding.

The Station Manager must ensure continuous monitoring of security, whether in terms of flight operations, premises, and subcontractors. He/she ensures that Air Cargo internal procedures are respected by all parties impacting Air Cargo operations, directly or indirectly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Within a rapidly expanding cargo airline and in a dynamic environment, under the responsibility of the Ground Operations Director, the Station Manager will be in charge of:

• Monitoring compliance with standards and procedures,
• Implementing the necessary human and material resources for the smooth running of a turnaround,
• Monitoring supplier performance,
• Aircraft services,
• Supervising and coordinating operations at CDG,
• Implementing and/or ensuring compliance with regulations,
• Overseeing and coordinating all operational aspects of aircraft turnarounds.
• Ensuring adherence to safety and security regulations,
• Proper budget management.

SKILLS:

• Resident, or work visa holder in France or in China.
• Language requirements: fluent English is a must, French or Chinese would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of IATA and EASA standards.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Responsiveness and adaptability.
• Quick decision-making.

PROFILE:

You have at least 10 years of experience in similar functions or in airport operations roles.

CONDITIONS:

• Position based at Roissy Charles de Gaulle or at Shanghai-Pudong.
• Fixed working hours contract.
